Biden: The Second Amendment Is 'Not Absolute'
President Joe Biden is demanding swift action on gun safety in response to the massacre at a Texas elementary school, and he says the second amendment of the US Constitution is "not absolute." Biden says he'll visit Uvalde, Texas where 19 children were killed.
