Huarong Dollar Bonds Surge as Firm Said to Plan Note Repayment

Apr.15 -- China Huarong Asset Management Co.'s dollar bonds swung higher after the embattled debt manager is reported to have prepared funds for a full repayment of a $450 million note due in just over a week.
