Nov.22 -- The U.S. and China are inching toward the first phase of a trade deal, the global economy is showing signs of bottoming, central banks around the world have the markets back and Wall Street is starting to pump out enthusiastic 2020 forecasts. But with just 6 weeks remaining on this years calendar, could it be that investors are underestimating 2019's remaining risks and getting ahead of themselves?
