Jim Obergefell ‘Worried’ About Future of LGBTQ+ Rights
Jim Obergefell, one of the plaintiffs in the landmark case that established same-sex marriage as a fundamental right in 2015, says he’s worried about the Supreme Court overruling Obergefell and other recent rulings after going after Roe v. Wade.
