Chapel Hart will debut their tribute song to Loretta Lynn. How to listen and stream.
Jan. 20—Chapel Hart continues to build on the group's success since "America's Got Talent," with a new song release Friday and a return to Grand Ole Opry Saturday to debut their Loretta Lynn tribute song.
The trio from Poplarville — sisters Danica and Devynn Hart and first cousin Trea Swindle — said it's apropos that their new song is "Glory Days" because they are living their glory days. Glory Days also is the name of their tour that will take them from coast to coast playing 60 shows. They call the new single "an instant jump in the car and go for a ride anthem."
After they sang their Dolly Parton tribute "You Can Have Him Jolene" on AGT in July, Loretta Lynn posted on social media a challenge to remake one of her songs. Lynn died less than three months later on Oct. 4 and Chapel Hart will fulfill Lynn's final request when they stand on the Opry stage Saturday and present their live debut of "Welcome to Fist City," a continuation of Lynn's 1965 song "Fist City."
Local fans can watch the show live on Circle Television, which is available on Dish at Circ 370 on the Coast, on Sparklight WLOX 29 and over the air on WDAM, WVUE, WALA and other channels.
"Glory Days" will be available to stream on services like Spotify and Apple Music on Jan. 20.
