A man was killed early Saturday in an intentional car crash that was spurred by a family dispute, Grand Prairie police said.

Anna Reyes, 61, was booked into the Grand Prairie Detention Center on a charge of murder, police said. Her bail amount had not been set, and it was unclear whether she had an attorney.

Police were dispatched about 12:45 a.m. to the 900 block of South Great Southwest Parkway, not far from Jefferson Street and Tyre Park, and found the man, who has not been publicly identified, lying in a parking lot with injuries from the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said Reyes was driving the car with the man when they got into a dispute. She pulled the car over, and the man got out and began walking down the street. Reyes then circled around and rammed the car into him, police said.

Reyes was found later and arrested without incident, police said.

The case remained under investigation.
