The men then started grabbing puppies from their beds.

An employee believed the same three were at the business earlier that day posing as customers. They were eventually kicked out after getting rough with the animals.

When they returned Monday night, staff said they were able to steal a pug mix and two Boston terrier mixes.

Police found at least one of the stolen puppies in their Carthage apartment.

Investigators have not said if they've identified the third suspect.

According to reports, the puppy was found in the home of one of the suspects.
