Alleged S.A. beer bandits accused of stealing $3K in booze over 5 month spree

SAN ANTONIO — Two men arrested Wednesday are accused of stealing about $3,300 in beer from various businesses over the course of several months, according to court documents.

Dominic Marshall, 28, and Julian Brothers, 27, were charged with a state jail felony charge of theft.

The two allegedly stole numerous packs and cases of beer from various locations across San Antonio, starting in January and continuing through May. They allegedly stole on 20 occasions, according to the affidavit.

They allegedly targeted primarily Corner Store convenience stores and were caught on video surveillance committing the thefts, the affidavit said.

The affidavit does not detail where or how they were found by authorities.

Marshall and Brothers are accused of taking $3,314.71 worth of beer, according to the affidavit.

If convicted, the men face up to two years in prison.
