Federal investigators are offering a $5,000 reward for help identifying a man who is a person of interest in the arson of the Probation and Parole Building in Kenosha on Aug. 24.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives said the building was set on fire during the unrest following the Jacob Blake shooting.

The ATF said the man has a large tattoo on his left forearm.

Anyone with information about the identity and/or whereabouts of these individuals are asked to call the ATF at 888-ATF-TIPS (283-8477), ATFTips@atf.gov, or submit an anonymous tip through the ReportIt app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
