The pair stole another 21-year-old Hasidic man's hat on Bedford Avenue, near Willoughby Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, 20 minutes later, the NYPD said.

Ten minutes after that, they snatched a 46-year-old Hasidic man's hat at the same location, police said.

Around 5:30 p.m. that same day, meanwhile, the two stole a 48-year-old Hasidic man's hat at the intersection of Bedford and Myrtle avenues, the NYPD said.
