Easton EMS: Hurt bicyclist rescued from Trout Brook Valley Preserve

EASTON — An injured bicyclist was rescued from Trout Brook Valley Preserve over the weekend, according to officials.

Around 4:15 p.m. Sunday, Easton Emergency Medical Services said crews were dispatched to the land preserve for a report of an injured cyclist.

Easton police, Weston volunteer firefighters and Weston EMS also responded.

Units stabilized the patient and transported the bicyclist out of the trails as the sunset, Easton EMS said. The bicyclist was taken to the hospital for further evaluation.
