Elderly Mass. Woman Arrested On DUI Charge After Crash: Salem Cop Log

A man from Derry was accused of threatening a woman in Salem.
SALEM, NH — James Michael Galvez Soza, 21, of Lovell Street in Nashua was arrested on a reckless operation charge at 9:33 p.m. on March 20, 2023. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
Dawn Marie Bourgoin, 51, of Scott Drive in Hampstead was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on March 19 on a driving under the influence charge. She was arrested after a crash on Shannon Road of a single car that rolled over into a utility pole.
Carmen L. Baker, 22, of Bay State Road in Lawrence, Massachusetts, at 2:55 p.m. on March 19 on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of a woman involved in a shoplifting incident who was not being cooperative. Later, the woman passed out, and fire and rescue teams were called in. She was then taken to the Parkland Medical Center. At 6:20 p.m. on March 19, Sisqo Lisandro Nogueras, 22, of Bay State Road in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a felony receiving stolen property-$1,501+ charge. Police were sent to the Mall at Rockingham Park for a report of a vehicle on the upper level that may have been stolen. Police arrested one man and took him to the Rockingham County Jail.
Eidon E. Cruz Jr., 32, of Fairway Drive in Derry was arrested at 2:31 p.m. on March 19 on a domestic violence-criminal threat charge. A woman called the police claiming a tire on her vehicle was slashed and blamed an ex. She also accused him of making a threat. Police were sent to the Salem Athletic Club on Manor Parkway to investigate the incident. A 12-hour be-on-the-lookout (BOLO) alert was issued and Derry police arrested Cruz later.
Mark T. Wolf, 52, of Central Street in Derry was arrested on a warrant at 2:03 a.m. on March 19. He was arrested after police investigated a suspicious vehicle at the park and ride on Raymond Avenue. He had a warrant out of Derry and police from that community came to Salem to pick him up.
A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting after an incident at Macy’s at 1:13 p.m. on March 12.
Jason A. Murray, 34, of Inwood Drive in Woburn, MA, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on March 12 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
Ann Marie Saba, 69, of Beach Road in Salisbury, MA, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on March 11 on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. Police were sent to Range Road after receiving multiple calls about a car crashing into a utility pole causing a building at Cloud Lounge to catch on fire. Police confirmed there was an incident and shut down the roadway and received assistance from Windham, since it was right on the town line. The driver was arrested later.
Rene Canales, 21, of Grant Street in Fall River, MA, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. on March 11 on a theft by extortion, less than $1,000, charge. He was arrested on a warrant at the Salem police headquarters.
Aaliyah Rose Djanabia-James, 20, of Laura Lane in Dover received a summons at 12:17 a.m. on March 11 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge. Also cited on unlawful possession-intoxication charges were De’mon Cashes Owen, 18, of Deering Rangeley Road in North Berwick, Maine, and a 17-year-old. They were charged after a caller reported vehicles park in the roadway on Stanley Brook Drive and a party going on. When police arrived, “multiple kids ran off into the woods,” according to a report. Later, at 6:21 a.m. on March 11, Tyler Eric McGary, 18, of Stanley Brook Drive in Salem was cited on a drug-underage alcohol party charge.
