A Deltona, Florida man who stalked the six-year-old daughter of his neighbor with creepy promises, like 'I'm going to make you famous,' was arrested on Sunday and charged with aggravated harassment.

Mark Greenburg, 55, who lives on Fayson Circle, has racked up 11 complaints over the last eight months from about a dozen neighbors who feared for their children's safety, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.

He would yell at kids and their parents using a megaphone and drive past their houses while recording the children playing outside with his cell phone, authorities said.

On Friday, the father of a six-year-old girl said that Greenburg walked to the end of the family's drive way where the child was playing and said 'I'm going to make you famous,' and 'I'm going to turn you into a woman' or 'I'm going to turn you into a big girl,' authorities said.

'Several witnesses gave similar accounts of Greenburg's comments to the child, including that he was going to pick her up and take her to Disney World,' the sheriff's office said in a statement.

The girl's dad said that his daughter was afraid to go outside because of Greenburg's gross come-ons, police said.

The suspect had been getting progressively more aggressive and frequent in his propositions, the father told police.

Last Thursday and Friday while the adolescent visited her grandmother in another neighborhood, Greenburg sat in his car parked in front of the house and took photos of the girl, according to authorities.

'Because he was never invited there and had no reason to know where she lives, the family believes that Greenburg followed someone there,' the sheriff said.

In a bodycam video of his arrest, a sheriff's deputy said that other kids reported that 'Mark Greenburg said to be quiet and come here,' the officer said, holding her finger to her lips and then motioning the Greenburg allegedly did.

Greenburg refused to speak to officers on Friday.

The bodycam video shows Greenburg who is 6 feet talk, heavyset and sports a long grey beard, arguing with officers who served him with the arrest warrant for aggravated harassment.

'I'm not going to argue,' Greenburg says. 'There's two sides to every story and what you've heard is their side.'

Greenburg, who wore a black sleeveless T-shirt, shorts and flipflops, pauses before getting in the backseat of the sheriff's SUV.

'What do you think if this civil war going on?' he asks.

He was booked into the Volusia County Jail where he is being held on $5000 bail.
