A Florida woman irritated about the state of her Whopper threw the fast food at a Burger King employee before leveling racial slurs at the worker.

Judith Black, 77, was booked Friday shortly after 8:30 p.m. and charged with battery in the incident, according to inmate records from Sumter County.

The charge would usually fall under a misdemeanor, but because of the racist language, was reclassified as a felony under Florida’s statute evidencing prejudice, according to documents obtained Tuesday by The Smoking Gun.

Officers responded to a disturbance at the Wildwood establishment, about 55 miles northwest of Orlando, after being told someone “had hit a worker at the Burger King with a burger” before driving off in a pickup truck, according to the document.

The victim told authorities “an older white female,” eventually identified as Black, “was not satisfied with a Whopper sandwich she had ordered and was yelling at her at the ordering counter,” said the document.

The worker said she could help the woman if she stopped yelling and upon turning around, the woman “proceeded to throw the Whopper at her, striking her in the back, just below her neck against her will,” before heading for her car with her husband.

The victim and witnesses heard the suspect wield multiple racist sentiments on her way out, including the N-word, according to the document.

Once police caught up with her, the suspect admitted to having used the epithet and having called the employee a “stupid Black b---h.”

The suspect was released early Saturday on $2,500 bond, according to online records.
