MUNCIE, Ind. — Four Muncie residents have been charged in a local burglary investigation.

The May 1 break-in saw several items, including antiques, taken from a Washington Street home.

On May 13, city police served a search warrant at a house in the 400 block of East North Street and reported finding several antiques — including five porcelain dolls, a rotary telephone, crystal stemware and a teapot — taken in the burglary.

Since that time, four defendants, all of Muncie, have been charged, in Delaware Circuit Court 4, with burglary and theft in the May 1 crime.

They are:

• Crystal Diana Gregory, 41, of the 400 block of East Ninth Street. A warrant was issued for her arrest when she failed to show up for an initial hearing on July 13.
