72-year-old Barbara Gillespie now has nearly a quarter of a million dollars for her retirement.

But those funds didn't come from her 401k- they came from people worldwide seeing a video of Barbara on TikTok and wanting to give her a better life.

The viral video, caught from a doorbell camera, shows Barbara losing her balance and falling while delivering food.

The video shows the homeowner, Kevin Keighron, a paramedic with the Whitesville Fire Department, rushing outside to help.

But the help doesn't stop there.

The next day, Keighron and his wife, Lacey Klein, took to TikTok and GoFundMe to help Barbara.

They then surprised her at work with flowers, chocolates, and an overwhelming amount of money.

"I couldn't even think they were asking me for my phone number. I couldn't remember my phone number, I am just standing there- and tears are welling in my eyes- and I am going- I can't believe this- this isn't happening to me," says Gillespie.

It was just the blessing Barbara needed.

"I was either going to have operations, or I was going to have to quit work, and I just prayed and prayed and prayed," says Gillespie. "When I fell, I was thinking, I didn't need this, this is going to make things so much worse, but then all of this happened, and what I want to say is God can take a bad situation and turn it into a good situation, he can bless people. If they would just trust in him."
