Greenville man charged with murder in New York had ghost gun, other pistol, police say

A Greenville man was arrested and charged with second-degree murder after a man was found shot in Binghamton, New York. 

Officials with the Binghamton Police Department said Justin Edward Williams, 28, of Greenville is charged with the shooting and killing of Victor Texidor, 31, of Binghamton.

They said it happened on May 10, 2022 at 11:20 a.m. when Texidor was taken to the hospital where he later died. 

Officials said Williams was arrested by a Pennsylvania State Trooper. 

They said 16 9mm casings were recovered at the scene of the crime and that Williams had a ghost gun and a Smith & Wesson 9 mm handgun.
