An autopsy identified the remains on Feb. 7, but the Florida Department of Law Enforcement stated that they would not be releasing the victim's identity because of Marsy's Law.

Matthew Flores, the man found driving the Levins' car in North Carolina, has been named as a person of interest in Levin's disappearance, according to Okeechobee County State attorney Tom Bakkedahl.
Levin went missing after picking up his last fare in Delray Beach, with a scheduled drop-off in Okeechobee, his last known location.
Detectives are still trying to figure out how Flores ended up with Levin's car since officials said he never requested a Lyft ride.
According to the Okeechobee County sheriff, they discovered surveillance video that may offer some clues as to how Flores ended up in Levin’s car. Sheriff Noel Stephen said he cannot comment on exactly what's in the video.
