Some residents of Jackson, Mississippi, have been without water for 14 days. Laurie Bertram Roberts of the MIssissippi Reproductive Freedom Fund says, "What really needs to be done is major infrastructure investment on the federal and state level. It was not shocking to me that it took the state so long to even show up in Jackson."
