Judge Allows Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Kyle Rittenhouse To Proceed
A wrongful death lawsuit filed by the father of one of the two men killed by Kyle Rittenhouse during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin on August 25, 2020 has been allowed to proceed against Rittenhouse, Kenosha police officers and others, a Wisconsin federal judge ruled on Feb. 1.
