Jury finds Weare man guilty of negligent homicide in death of 18-month-old daughter
A Weare man will be sentenced in February for the death of his 18-month-old daughter.
A jury convicted Christian Cummings of negligent homicide in the death of Kamryn Cummings.
Sign up for our NewslettersFirst responders were called to their home in 2019, where they say Kamryn was covered in filth and lice and suffering from anemia and malnutrition.
The autopsy report states that anemia caused by blood loss from the lice infestation contributed to her death.
Next year, the child's mother, Mikayla Cochran, will be tried for her alleged role in Kamryn's death.
