Investigators were surrounding a red pickup truck in the middle of the roadway. A car, also involved in the crash, went over a guardrail in a small creek.
The Moon Township police Chief Greg Seamon previously told Pittsburgh's Action News 4 that he believed the man who was inside the pickup truck died.
Police said a woman was trapped inside the car that went over the guide rail and into a creek. Seamon said he's not sure about the condition of the woman who was pinned in the car, but said she may have a broken leg and was taken to the hospital.
“The woman in the car had to be rescued out of the car with Moon Township Fire Department,” Seamon said.
