Manchester Man Indicted On Homicide, Other Charges: Superior Court
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Caleb Sulfrain or Caleb Sulfrian, 30, of Bristol Street in Manchester on a felony duty to inform charge. Between June 22, and July 21, 2022, he was accused of failing to change or update his residency information with the Manchester Police Department. Sulfrain is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault charge, against a victim between 16 and 13, in May 2013 in Parker County, Texas.
William G. Swanson, 35, of Hanover Street in Manchester on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, possession of fentanyl, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs in Manchester on Nov. 14, 2022. The conduct charge was connected to a speeding incident in Manchester and Londonderry — more than 100 mph on I-293 and I-93, refusing to stop for police, on March 30, 2022, according to the indictment.
Marcello Terino, 32, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force during an incident against two Macy’s employees on South Willow Street in Manchester on Nov. 1, 2022.
Amani A. Tyrance, 31, of Putnam Street in Manchester on a criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a BB gun on Oct. 9, 2022.
Jared Woodman, 42, of Putnam Street in Manchester on two felony sale of crack cocaine charges on Jan. 26, and March 29, 2022, in Manchester.
Marquis Anderson, 40, of Putnam Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, pistols & revolvers; armed career criminal, reckless conduct, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing a stolen SCCY CPX-1 9 mm pistol and firing it in the parking lot of Draft Kings on South Willow Street, putting others in danger, on April 19, 2021, in Manchester.
Simeon Babineau, 22, of Greenview Drive in Manchester on homicide, domestic violence, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of striking and strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 27, 2022, in Manchester, putting her in fear for her life by saying, “I’ll put you in the ground.”
Drew Beliveau, 33, of Montgomery Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, falsifying physical evidence, and two possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies. On May 22, 2022, in Bedford, he was accused of possessing the drugs and knowingly presenting a false name and birthdate to a police officer.
Cole Bratton, 30, of Pearl Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a motor vehicle at a high rate of speed on multiple Manchester streets, a parking lot, and a sidewalk, putting others in danger on Nov. 21, 2022.
Kyra Brisson, 21, of Hanover Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of using physical force to steal a backpack from a woman on Aug. 17, 2022, on Elm Street in Manchester.
