More charges for man charged with hiding camera in Frick Pittsburgh bathroom and other locations
Todd Bueschen, 35, arrived in court to face a judge on 90 counts, including sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography and invasion of privacy, but instead was given a postponement because prosecutors said they intended to file more charges.
Pittsburgh Police said Bueschen placed a hidden camera inside the bathroom at The Frick in Pittsburgh's Point Breeze neighborhood, recording 20 children and 48 adults using the bathroom.

Investigators said among the images on the camera were images from five other locations, including inside Bueschen's home, where police say he recorded visiting family members showering. At the time Bueschen was charged, police said they are still tracking down the other locations. In court Wednesday, officials said the case was growing.
"My understanding is they're going to be amending to add additional charges based on additional locations or additional victims," said David Shrager, Bueschen's defense attorney.
According to court papers, Investigators originally found images of 20 unknown children between 4 and 10 years old and 48 unknown adults recorded inside The Frick. They said there were also images of several hundred more children between 3 and 17 years old recorded in various other locations.
"Obviously he's quite devastated at this moment," Shrager said. "He's just trying to get through the day. He's working with his family to try to move forward with this. He's looking forward to having his day in court."
Todd Bueschen's preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for Jan. 25, 2023.
