MPD: 3 people shot near Deer District at end of Bucks game
Three people were shot near the Deer District about 9:12 p.m. Friday at the end of the Bucks-Celtics game.
The Milwaukee Fire Department told WISN 12 it took two shooting victims from near North Dr. Martin Luther King Drive and West Highland Avenue.
Milwaukee police said a third person, a 26-year-old man, got to the hospital on his own.
WISN 12 crews in the area saw people running after shots were fired.
Milwaukee police Capt. Warren Allen said the other two victims were a 29-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl.
The man was shot in the foot and girl was shot in the leg.

All three victims have non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said they have a 19-year-old man in in custody, and a gun was recovered.
The shooting happened outside.
Police are still investigating what led to the shooting.
WISN 12 asked the Bucks for a statement about what happened, and received the following statement: "The incident took place outside of the Deer District area. We direct all questions to the Milwaukee Police Department."
No other details have been released.
