Officials said Holguin threatened the officers by saying he would give them Fentanyl to end their lives if he ever saw them at the hospital where he works.

Holguin was released from custody on Saturday for the initial charge but was re-arrested and booked for the offense of obstruction and retaliation on Monday.

Holguin is being held at the El Paso County Jail under a $5,000 bond.
