An NYPD anti-terrorism officer has been busted for sexually assaulting a woman in upstate Orange County, law enforcement sources said.

Veteran anti-terror cop George Gracia was arrested in New Windsor late last week and arraigned Friday on a charge of third-degree criminal sex act, an Orange County District Attorney’s office source said.

“The officer’s current duty status is suspended without pay,” said an NYPD spokesperson. “He has seven years on the job.”

The alleged assault is classified as a domestic incident, as Gracia and the victim are known to one another, sources said.

Gracia is assigned to the critical response command in the counter- terrorism bureau, according to his LinkedIn page.

He was released bail after an order of protection was issued to the victim, said the Orange County DA’s office. Gracia is due back in court on Dec. 12.
