Perth Amboy man charged with manufacturing child pornography
PERTH AMBOY - A 21-year-old city man has been arrested in connection with allegedly possessing and manufacturing child pornography.
Kevin Roman-Quinones was arrested Thursday and charged with manufacturing child pornography, a first degree crime, and possession of more than 1,000 files of child pornography, a second degree crime, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Perth Amboy Police Chief Lawrence Cattano announced.
He is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in North Brunswick pending a pre-trial Superior Court detention hearing.

Roman-Quinones was charged following a cyber tip from the New Jersey State Police and an investigation by Detectives Daniel Lojek and Kayla Hueston of the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
