Police charge man with rape, sexual solicitation of minor
Baltimore County police arrested a man on charges of rape and sexual solicitation of a minor. Evan Martin, 34, was charged with second-degree rape, sexual Solicitation of a minor, drug distribution and other offenses, county police said. He remains held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
