HICKSVILLE, NY — Police have released surveillance footage of the man who they said threw a rock through a window at a Hicksville medical office and then threw an incendiary device into the building, causing it to catch fire.

Police were sent to 350 South Broadway around 4:30 a.m. on Sept. 27 for a call of a fire alarm. The address matches that of Advantage Care Physicians. Officers found flames in the building and the Hicksville Fire Department was called to extinguish the blaze.

As Patch previously reported, firefighters found smoke in the building and flames in a room. The fire was later extinguished.

Investigators at the time said a brick was thrown through a window of one of the rooms. No one was inside the building at the time and no one was hurt, police and officials told Patch.

Anyone with information should call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.

Below is surveillance footage of the man.
