The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) announced the arrest of the second suspect wanted for the death of a Catoosa man on June 7, 2020.

Yesterday, the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force arrested Madison Broyles, 18, at the Airport Inn and Suites in Tulsa.

She is facing charges of Murder in the First Degree, Larceny of an Automobile, and Desecration of a Human Corpse related to the death of 55-year-old Bart Kutt.

Dental records helped identify the deceased as Kutt, who owned the property where the body was found. His cause of death is still undetermined.

Bradley Bales, 33, was arrested on July 15, 2020, and is facing one charge of Murder in the First Degree. Both are in the Rogers County Detention Center.
