A Texas man is accused of burglarizing a Green home and trying to get in bed with a resident.

According to a news release from the Summit County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded at about 1 a.m. Wednesday to a home on Troon Drive in Green for a burglary in progress.

Two women called and reported a man forced himself into the home and confronted them separately in their bedrooms.

The sheriff's office said the man tried to get into bed with one of the women. He fled the home when the women called 911.

The sheriff's office said Marcos Antonio Aguirre, 29, of Texas, was identified as the suspect who entered the home.

He was located, interviewed and arrested on a charge of burglary. He was transported to the Summit County Jail.
