A topless woman has been arrested for stealing a bulldozer and crashing it into an apartment complex.

Heather Houston, 34, allegedly stole the front end loader from a construction site and drove it 5.5 miles across town to the apartments in Great Falls, Montana, on Sunday morning.

Police say Houston then ran over a fence, damaged a car and hit the side of the complex.

She then reportedly elevated the front end of the excavator so she could climb up into an apartment on the second floor.

Molly Broxholm, a resident of the Fox Hollow Apartment Complex, said she was woken up by the ruckus and looked out her window to see Houston, who appeared to be topless.

Broxholm told KRTV: 'Woke up to the sound of crunching thinking someone was doing yard work until we hear people yelling, looked out the window and saw this, on and smashing its way in.

'She then proceeded to climb into her window above us and get clothes.'

Police arrived on the scene and arrested Houston.

There were no reported injuries.

Houston has been charged with felony criminal mischief and felony criminal endangerment, and could face additional charges.

Records show that this was not Houston's first brush with law enforcement.

Last November police who were responding to reports of suspicious activity in Fergus County came across Houston and noticed there was a warrant out for her arrest in connection with drug charges.

When they tried to arrest her, Houston reportedly became hostile, kicking and biting the officers, according to Fox Montana

A glass pipe, methamphetamine and marijuana were found in her purse.

She was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, two counts of Assault on Peace Officer or Judicial Officer and one count of Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. has requested court records to determine the result of those charges.
