Two Asian women stabbed in daylight attack in San Francisco

Police in San Francisco are searching for a suspect Tuesday after he allegedly stabbed two Asian women in broad daylight.

At around 5 p.m. officers responded to a report of a stabbing and encountered two women with stab wounds, according to a police spokesman.

One woman was severely bleeding and the other woman still had the knife in her arm, according to ABC7 News anchor Dion Lim.

Both were transported to an area hospital where their conditions remain unknown.

Investigators have not determined if this double-stabbing was a hate crime.
