Two indicted on child abuse charges in death of 13-month-old in Brooke County

Two Follansbee residents have been indicted on charges involving child neglect.
Rachel Camilletti and Zachary Henderson were charged with child neglect resulting in death.
They're also charged with gross child neglect creating a substantial risk of death or injury.
According to Brooke County Sheriff Richard Beatty, both were arrested Tuesday, following the death of a 13-month-old determined to be a result of fentanyl intoxication.
Both will be arraigned on Monday, March 13.
