VIDEO: 68-year-old man exiting Brooklyn subway station repeatedly punched, robbed; suspect sought
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man wanted in connection to a violent robbery that occurred outside of a Brooklyn train station last week.
On February 18, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a 68-year-old man was exiting the staircase of the Bay Ridge Avenue "R" train subway station when he was approached by an unknown suspect.
The unidentified man began to punch the victim in the face and the body with closed fists, unprovoked, and forcibly removed his wallet.
The male fled the station to parts unknown and the victim refused medical attention at the scene
