Warren County couple found guilty in Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection
A Warren County couple has been found guilty of charges connected to the Jan. 6 Capitol attack.
Sandra and Bennie Parker, of Morrow, were identified as part of the third group of "Oath Keepers" to go to trial for their actions in the breach.
According to investigators, the Parkers conspired with others to obstruct congress from confirming Joe Biden as President.
Sign up for our NewslettersBennie was acquitted of obstruction and conspiracy charges but was convicted of a misdemeanor trespassing offense, court documents showed.
Sandra was found guilty of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and other felony charges. She faces up to 20 years in prison.
Several other members and affiliates of the Oath Keepers have been convicted by juries in Washington, D.C., of seditious conspiracy, including the group's leader, Stewart Rhodes.
