A Wichita County probation officer contacted the Sheriff's Officer about  a woman trying to falsify a drug test

 According to the arrest report:

The probation officer said the suspect, Krystal Gillespie, is on probation for assaulting a public servant. One of the conditions of her probation is to provide urine samples for drug testing.

While she provided the sample, the probation officer noticed unusual movement. The officer also noticed an orange plastic container in the collection cup. Gillespie was ordered to set the cup down, but instead threw the orange container in the trash. It was retrieved and Gillespie said it contained synthetic urine. She was arrested and charged with False Drug Test-Falsification Device. She was tested again and tested positive for drugs.
