Ron DeSantis to Announce 2024 Presidential Campaign
The gloves are off as Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis launches his bid for the Republican presidential nomination. The Trump campaign is mocking DeSantis' decision to announce it on Twitter. "He desperately needs a personality transplant and, to the best of my knowledge, they are not medically available yet," Donald Trump said. With the campaign now becoming official, Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano says the scrutiny of the biggest challenger to former President Trump is ratcheting up.
