At Least 26 Dead After Mississippi Tornadoes
Powerful tornadoes have killed at least 26 people and injured dozens more in Mississippi. Homes and businesses have been destroyed and lives ravaged by storms that rolled through the area. The tornadoes that uprooted trees, flipped vehicles, and lifted homes off of their foundations were categorized as EF 4. According to the National Weather Service, EF4 tornadoes come with “winds from 166 to 200 miles per hour.”
