Nine people are dead after a devastating landslide in India. Boulders rolled down a hillside, picking up speed and momentum in Himachal Pradesh, the northernmost Indian state, situated in the Himalayan Mountains. A mini-bus carrying tourists was crushed by the falling rocks. Crews rushed in to help, but for many it was too late. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the families of those who died in the landslide will receive about $2,600, and the injured will get $670.
