Woman Hospitalized for ‘Overdose’ on All-You-Can-Eat Sushi
While “all you can eat” sushi sounds like an unmissable deal to some, one woman found out what the limit was on how much she could eat. Twenty-four-year-old Danielle Shapiro devoured a whopping 32 pieces of sushi, among other Japanese cuisine favorites, and ended up in the emergency room. She says that she and a friend powered through the meal, and didn’t really notice any issues until afterwards. She woke up in extreme pain and struggled to breathe. But she says she’d go back!
