Arizona Gov. ignores White House 'Hail to the Chief' call, while certifying election results
Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) ignored a call with the ringtone "Hail to the Chief" on Nov. 30, as he certified election results declaring President-elect Joe Biden the state winner. He previously said he had changed his ringtone to the tune so as not to miss calls from the White House.
