Arrest Warrants for Overdue Movies and Other Strange Stories About VHS Tapes
These are strange stories about VHS Tapes. In 2016, James Meyers was arrested because of a warrant for a VHS tape he hadn't returned 14 years earlier. In 2020, filmmaker Jim McKay found a family’s sentimental home video when he purchased a VCR player at Goodwill. In 2021, an Oklahoma woman discovered she was a fugitive because of a “Sabrina the Teenage Witch” tape she didn’t even rent. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
