Cuomo: Holiday season could cause statewide positivity rate to rise to 12 percent
During a press conference, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the holiday season is a period of increased social activity which could cause the statewide positivity rate to rise from the current 2.93 percent to around 12 percent.
