Director of National Economic Council: Biden will take 'decisive action' on Covid relief
National Economic Council Director Brian Deese discussed executive orders President Biden would be putting in place to help support Americans with economic relief amid the Covid-19 pandemic. He added that these actions are "not a substitute for comprehensive legislative relief."
