Highland Park police: Shooter preplanned attack, bought gun legally
Following the mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois, authorities said that the gunman "preplanned this attack for several weeks" and bought a rifle legally before opening fire on a July Fourth parade. The shooter is in custody.
