NYT: Police gave Tyre Nichols 71 conflicting commands, impossible orders

Chris Hayes: “Shouting, 'Give us your hands' is how the officers try to make it seem that Nichols is the source of their violence, that Nichols is 'resisting." It was a transparent pretext to keep beating him ultimately leading to his death.
