Street racing incidents spiking across the U.S.

Vehicle incidents like illegal street racing and takeovers, where cars block intersections and perform stunts, are spiking nationwide and can often be deadly. NBC News’ Sam Brock spoke to one mother whose son was killed in a collision involving two street racers.
