Absentee voters can still vote in person using a provisional ballot, but it isn't recommended

Absentee voters will still be able to vote in person, just using what's called a provisional ballot. "That’s just a safety net so that we can make sure if the absentee ballot actually gets to us, we will count it. If not, we count the provisional ballot," said Roberts.
